Back on my bull**** 🤙 . life has been crazzzy busy. I had so many goals for this month of October, but definitely did not meet them. and that’s ok bc you just gotta get started again. this has nothing to do with my training. I’ve been hitting the gym regularly and making improvements with my new program. but has to do with more professional goals. and we are gonna get it done this next month.✨ put your head down and make the time. When people come up to you in the gym and tell you, you have a great workout routine..just hits different. I don’t train to look good, I mean a fun little perk. But I train to: 1) feel good 2) build muscle mass & decrease fat 3)increase bone density (did you know bone density decreases with age, so start lifting them weights boo before that osteoporosis kicks in and you need a hip/knee replacement 4) mental health ✨✨ this the one though; lifting is the best therapy 5) prevent injuries AND THE LIST GOES ON..... . Been increasing sets with challenging weights lately to really push my muscles and increase both strength and endurance. Also, hitting legs 3x/week 😅.
